Cultivating a Culture of Reflection: Reflection is the antidote to impulsive decision-making. Leaders must encourage teams to pause and evaluate how emotions influence their actions, fostering a workplace culture that prioritizes deliberate thought over reactive behavior.

Group-based reflection exercises can provide a safe space for employees to analyze decisions, share experiences, and learn from each other. This reflective practice not only builds emotional resilience but also equips teams to spot manipulative patterns more effectively.
